Joanne D. Potts-Hinton, age 67, of New Egypt, passed away peacefully with her family by her side on Wednesday, March 11, 2020 at her home. She was born in Trenton to the late Albert and Doris Potts on June 1, 1952. Joanne worked for CentraState Medical Center in Freehold in the Environmental Services Department for over 36 years until her retirement. She loved spending time with her family, grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and friends. She was a loving daughter, mother, grandmother, sister and friend who will be deeply missed. Joanne is predeceased by her parents; and by her sister Margie Potts-Meredith; her brother Albert Potts; her son-in-law Jeffrey Morelli; and by her grandson Landon She leaves behind her five children, Carol Ann Morelli and fiancé Rob of Wrightstown, Kathy Jo Fowler and husband Brandon of Noble OK, Tammy Jean Wilson and husband Edward of Browns Mills, Jaime Lee Mellodge and husband Jon of Browns Mills, and Robert James Griffin, Jr. and girlfriend Nikki of New Egypt; her adored grandchildren, Joey, Cody, Julianna, Stanley, Brianna, Joshua, Kaitlyn, Carley, Lanye, Eddie, Kaylee, Danica, Matthew; along with several extended family members and dear friends. Relatives and friends are invited to gather for a celebration of Joanne’s life on Sunday, March 15, 2020 at New Egypt Fire Co., 59 Main Street, New Egypt, NJ 08533 from 11AM to 3PM. All arrangements are under the direction of the Tilghman Funeral Home, 52 Main Street, New Egypt, NJ 08533.
