Alice H. Zavacky, age 75, of Jacobstown passed away peacefully at home on Saturday, December 24. Born in Bernsville, NC, she was a resident of Jacobstown since 1975 and previously of Yardville.
Alice was a graduate of Trenton Central High School and was a self employed bookkeeper. She was also a past president of the Hamilton Township Chapter of Deborah Hospital.
Alice was the daughter of the late Robert W. and Elaine Burbank Hoover. She is survived by her husband of 54 years, Steven Patrick Zavacky; three sons and daughters-in-law, Jimmy and Mary Zavacky of Jacobstown, Steve and Winifred Zavacky of Jacobstown and David and Jennifer Zavacky of Springfield Twp.; four grandchildren, Patrick, Steven, Sean and Alicia and a sister, Jacqueline Cobb of Texas.
Relatives and friends are invited to her viewing on Wednesday, December 28 from 6:00 to 8:30 PM and funeral service at 8:30 PM at the Tilghman Funeral Home, 52 Main Street in New Egypt (www.tilghmanfh.com).
