Melissa L. Cook of Browns Mills, passed away on Tuesday, Sept. 20, 2011. She was 33. She was born in Neenah, Wisconsin, Melissa was a longtime resident of Cream Ridge and Jacobstown before moving to Browns Mills. She was a manager for Petco. Melissa loved animals, horseback riding, snow skiing and was a top ten earner in the rodeo for several years. She is survived by her mother and father, William and Sandra Cook of New Brunswick, Canada; a sister and brother-in-law, Shana and Rod Oates of Bluffton SC; a niece, Gisele of Bluffton, SC; a good friend, Tricia. A memorial service will be held 7pm, Friday, Sept. 23 at the Tilghman Funeral Home, 52 Main St., New Egypt, N.J. 08533. Burial will be private. Visitation will be Friday from 6pm till the time service.
