Elissa L. Smith, age 20, of Pemberton passed away Friday, December 30 at Lourdes Medical center in Willingboro. Born in Freehold, she was a lifetime area resident. Elissa was a free spirit who enjoyed music and to dance and sing. But most of all she loved to be with her son, Jayden. Elissa is survived by her son, Jayden Saggau; her father, David Smith of Pemberton; her mother, Carmen Rodriguez of New Egypt; her step-mother, Kimberly Smith of Lawrenceville; two brothers, Colin Smith of Lawrenceville and John Botterio Jr. of New Egypt; two sisters, Kayla Smith of Lawrenceville and Brianna Carter of New Egypt; her grandmothers, Gail Reed of Whiting and Donna Errickson of New Egypt and her uncle, Nicholas McNulty of New Egypt. A memorial service for Elissa will be held on Saturday, January 14, 2017 at 6:00 PM at the Wrightstown Vol. Fire Co., 21 Saylors Pond Road, Wrightstown, NJ 08562. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Elissa’s memory can be made to a fund to be set up to benefit her son, Jayden.
