Karen L. Gigante, age 49, of Little Egg Harbor, passed away peacefully with her family by her side on Sunday, February 12, 2017 at Whiting Healthcare Center in Manchester. She was born in Trenton to the late Charles and Dorothy (Gale) Glowzenski. Karen grew up in the New Egypt area and graduated from Allentown High school. She was a baptized and late became a parishioner of the Church of the Assumption in New Egypt. Karen was known as a free spirit, moving from area to area, living life her way. She had a huge heart and would do anything for anyone. She was loyal, her laughter was contagious and her heart was always open to others. Karen enjoyed going to concerts and had a very ecletic taste in music. She loved collecting art and reading, spending time with her family and her dog Riley. Karen was a loving daughter, mother, sister and friend who will be deeply missed by all who knew her. Karen is predeceased by her parents. She leaves behind her two children, Lindsey Neri and Connor Gigante and her brother Stephen Glowzenski. Relatives and friends are invited to gather on Saturday, February 18, 2017 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 Pm at the Tilghman Funeral Home, located at 52 Main St., New Egypt NJ 08533. A Memorial Service will begin at 2:00 PM.
