Such a sweet man. So sad that he's gone. Shawn was such a hard worker and the best master carpenter around. Such talent. He loved the outdoors and hunting. So glad we had the opportunity to have him as a friend. He will be truly missed.

I've known Shawn for a long time as we went to school together, but got to know him better when we moved next door to him and his parents 24 years ago. That is when we got the chance to meet Darin, who visited every summer until he eventually moved here from Texas and became friends with my son who was 5 years younger but that didn't bother him. Darin, your dad always loved when you came for your visits and was extremely happy when you moved here permanently. Remember all the good times you've had together and all that he's taught you over the years. He was a great guy! He will be missed by many.
