Obituary of Teresa B. Solarski

Teresa B. Solarski, age 83, of North Hanover Township, passed away peacefully on Saturday, January 26, 2019 at Compassionate Care Hospice in Hamilton. She was born in Trenton on May 26, 1935 to the late Albert and Victoria Dziadzio. Teresa graduated in 1953 from Immaculate Conception High School in Lodi, NJ and in 1956 from the St. Francis Nursing School in Trenton and worked in the St. Francis Neonatal Unit for many years. She later went on to work as a bus aide and lunch aide for North Hanover Township School System. Teresa loved animals of all sorts and worked as a Vet Tech. She enjoyed flowers and gardens. She was a member of the Church of the Assumption and was in the choir. She was also life member of the Jacobstown Fire Company’s Woman’s Auxiliary. Teresa was a loving wife, mother sister, grandmother, great-grandmother, aunt and friend who will be sorely missed.

Teresa is predeceased by her parents, Albert and Victoria Dziadzio (nee Yakalewicz) and by her adored husband, Willian J. Solarski, Jr.

She leaves behind her four children, Teresa Solarski of Browns Mills NJ, William J. Solarski III and wife Diana of Burleson TX, Andrew E. Solarski and wife Mary of Wrightstown NJ and Diane E. Solarski and boyfriend Jim of West Depford NJ; her six grandchildren, William Solarski, Derek Solarski, Ritchie Solarski, Rachel Benton, Dayna Bloom and Aleece Solarski; two great-grandchildren, Brinya Benton and Sydney Bloom; her sister Victoria Hunter of Westminster CA; and several nieces, nephews and dear friends.

Relatives and friends are invited to gather on Saturday, February 2, 2019 from 9:30AM to 11:30AM at the Tilghman Funeral Home, located at 52 Main Street, New Egypt NJ 08533. A Funeral Mass will follow at 12:30PM at St. Mary’s RC Church, 45 Crosswicks Street, Bordentown NJ 08505. Inurnment will be held on Monday, February 4, 2018 at 10 AM at the Brig. General William C. Doyle Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Wrightstown NJ.
