Patricia A. Malloy, age 82, lifetime resident of Cookstown, passed away Thursday, May 28, 2020 at Deborah Heart and Lung Center in Browns Mills, NJ. She was born in Cookstown to the late Shreve and Stella (Hance) Deviney on August 25, 1937. Patricia was an avid bowler, and loved to play cards. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, aunt, and friend who will be deeply missed. Patricia is predeceased by her parents. She leaves behind her beloved husband of 64 years, Donal Malloy of Cookstown; her daughter, Donna Sonday of Cookstown; her two sons, Michael Malloy of Cookstown, and Timothy Malloy of Cookstown; her seven grandchildren, Laura Szatko, Leon Malloy, Gregory Sonday and wife Ashley, Stephanie Sonday, Lisa Malloy, Michelle Malloy, and Daniel Malloy; along with several nieces and nephews. Due to restrictions, funeral services and burial in Assumption Cemetery in New Egypt will be held privately at the convenience of the family.
