Obituary of Joseph Pellecchia

Joseph Pellecchia, age 56, of New Egypt, NJ, passed away on Monday July 12th, 2021 in the comfort of his home surrounded by his loved ones. Joseph was born in Brooklyn, NY to Joseph and Florence Pellecchia on October 20, 1964 and lived in Staten Island before moving to New Egypt, NJ in 1996. He graduated from Tottenville High School in 1982. He worked as an Operating Engineer for many years. Joseph was a devoted father and husband. He enjoyed spending time with his family, riding his motorcycle, getting tattoos, and being surrounded by the people he loved. Joseph had a great sense of humor and loved to make people laugh. He had a wealth of knowledge and always knew what to say when you needed advice. He was a mentor and great friend to many people. Joseph was predeceased by his parents Joseph and Florence (nee Donnaruma) Pellecchia of Staten Island, NY. He is survived by his wife, Mary; daughters, Brianna and her husband Sal, and Samantha and her husband Steve; sister, Evelyn; brothers Sal and Anthony and many nieces and nephews. Family and friends are invited to gather on Wednesday, July 14, 2021 from 2 PM to 4 PM and 6 PM to 8 PM at Tilghman Funeral Home located at 52 Main Street, New Egypt, NJ 08533. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 AM, Thursday, July 15, 2021 at Church of Assumption- St. Isidore the Farmer Parish located at 28 Monmouth Road (Route 537), Wrightstown, NJ 08562.
