Eileen R. (nee Stinson) Eldridge, age 92, of Lewes, DE passed away Monday, October 25 at Harbor Healthcare in Lewes. Born in Cedar Knolls, NJ to the late Louis and Helen (Snyder) Stinson, she was a resident of Delaware since 1980 and formerly lived in Cream Ridge, NJ. Eileen previously worked at Medford Knitwear in Medford, NJ. She was very dedicated to her family, taking care of her younger siblings. Eileen was predeceased by her parents; her husband, Edmund P. Eldridge, Jr.; two brothers, Howard Stinson and Louis Stinson, Jr. and two sisters, Doris Zappacosta and Carolee Miller. She is survived by two brothers, Robert Stinson and wife Dorothy of Clarksburg and Richard Stinson and wife Terry of Pleasant Garden, NC; four sisters, Marion Meredith of Cream Ridge, Florence Moore of Vincentown, Jill Hotchkin and husband Russell of New Egypt and Jean Ireton of Mount Holly and many nieces and nephews. Services and burial for Eileen will be private at the convenience of the family under the direction of the Tilghman Funeral Home in New Egypt.
