Marie L. Baker, age 66, of McAdoo, PA, formerly of Howell with her children residing in Ocean County and Pennsylvania died Thursday, February 21 at Lehigh Valley Hospital in Allentown, PA. Born and raised in Tottenville, Staten Island, NY, she lived in Howell before moving to McAdoo 12 years ago. Marie worked 20 years for the Howell Police Department before retiring. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, sister and aunt. She was predeceased by a son, Christopher, her parents, Lindy and Isabel Sheehy and by her brother Kevin Sheehy. Surviving are her loving husband of 47 years, Hobart F. Baker, a daughter Lori Cichowic and husband Martin, a son Greg Baker and wife Gina, and a daughter Stacy Kleinknecht and husband Dennis, and her grandchildren Heather, Martin, Amanda, Nathan, Alex and Abigail. She is also survived by her siblings, Patricia Gojdics, Brian Sheehy, Gary Sheehy and Priscilla Pistilli and many loving nieces and nephews. A visitation will be held on Saturday, February 23 from 2:00 to 4:00 PM at the Tilghman Funeral Home, 52 Main Street in New Egypt (www.tilghmanfh.com). Interment will be private.
