My Aunt Peganooch was everything to me. She was my guiding light and my beacon of hope. She loved deeply and I felt that. I will forever cherish my childhood times of swimming in the pool, picking blueberries from her garden, the blackberries were off limits for just her (LOL). But most of all I will miss the last years that I spent with her in Virginia, myself, Ana, Needle Nose (Ariel, who has since joined her and Willie Wonka). Another piece of my heart is gone. I love you with all of me and will miss you forever, Until we meet again my beloved Aunt fly high on angels wings. Your adoring niece, Debra, Florida

Aunt Peggy’s family and friends in Virginia are deeply saddened by her passing. She was an active member of The Red Hatters of South Boston, and a member in good standing of St. Pascal Baylon Church in South Boston. She enjoyed campfires, having holiday dinners at her niece’s home, and adored her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was loved and will be very much missed by Theresa, Reva and all her neighbors in Virginia, as well long time friends in New Jersey, Tootles and Betty.

My Aunt Peggy was the most wonderful aunt a kid could ever ask for. I have too many great memories that i could ever list. I always loved being with her and Uncle Mickey. I hope there’s fluke fishing in heaven.

Peggy was my bus drive for high school. I was the first on and the last one off so we always had time to share our thoughts together. She always greeted me with a smile, no matter how cold it was, and ended our ride with a smile! I have never again met anyone like her. She was an extraordinary woman and friend.
