Obituary of Rosemary C. Allen

Rosemary C. Allen, age 84, of Cream Ridge passed away Friday, November 25 at Capital Health in Trenton surrounded by her loving family. Born in New York, NY, she was a resident of Cream Ridge for the past 21 years and previously lived in Yardville. Rosemary retired from AT&T where she worked as a Marketing Representative. She was a parishioner at the Church of the Assumption and was on the Jensen’s Deep Run social committee in Cream Ridge. Rosemary enjoyed bowling, mahjong and crocheting and she loved to travel. She was predeceased by her parents, William and Claire Hoeflich and by a brother, William Hoeflich. She is survived by her beloved husband of 62 years, Richard Allen, Sr.; three sons, Richard Allen, Jr. and his significant other Kathleen of Westampton, Keith Allen and wife Gina of Yardville and Timothy Allen and husband Daniel of Ewing; a brother, Kenneth Hoeflich and wife Margaret of Florida; five grandchildren, Brittany, Amanda and husband Luke, Nicole and husband Ryan, Keith J. and Emma and two great grandchildren, Joseph and Vincent. A visitation for Rosemary will be held on Wednesday, November 30 from 8:30 to 10:30 AM at the Tilghman Funeral Home, 52 Main Street, New Egypt, NJ 08533 followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at Church of the Assumption – St. Isidore the Farmer Parish, 28 Monmouth Road (Route 537), Wrightstown, NJ 08562. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Rosemary’s memory can be made to the American Cancer Society (www.cancer.org) or to the American Heart Association (www.heart.org).
