Kenneth George “Kenny” McKenna, age 41, lifelong resident of Browns Mills, passed away on January 19, 2024. He was born on August 7, 1982 in Port Jefferson, Long Island, NY to Kenneth J. and Nancy (Post) McKenna. Kenny proudly served his country in the NJ Army National Guard from 2001 - 2006. He simultaneously worked for the State of NJ as a CTT for New Lisbon Developmental Center, located in Pemberton Township, until early 2023. He was a member of the Browns Mills United Methodist Church during his childhood and early adult years. Kenny was an avid, diehard football fan, favoriting the Indianapolis Colts. He excelled at baseball and tennis and was always a lover of animals, especially his rabbits. He had an enormous heart, extending help and generosity to anyone around him. Kenny was always up for a good time and was the life of the party! Kenny was a loving son, brother, uncle, friend and confidant that will be deeply missed by many. Kenny leaves behind his parents, Kenneth and Nancy McKenna; his siblings, Edward McKenna and Erin McKenna; Nephews & Niece; Dylan and Peighton McKenna and Jace Doggett; his lifelong second Mother Barbara Snider, widow to Edward Snider; second brother & sister, Eddie and Chrissy Snider, and his best friend, Richard Courian. Family and friends are invited to attend a Memorial Service for Kenny on Saturday, January 27, 2024 at Tilghman Funeral Home, located at 52 Main Street, New Egypt, NJ 08533. Visitation will be held from 12 PM to 3 PM at the funeral home. Reception to follow at a separate location.
