Hilda Windfelder, age 88, of Wrightstown died Thursday, June 12 at home. Born in Canada, she was a resident of Queens, NY before moving to Wrightstown 22 years ago. Hilda was retired from the accounting department of Bear Sterns in New York and during WWII, while her first husband was serving in the military, Hilda worked as a riveter for the Douglass Aircraft factory in San Diego, CA. Wife of the late Robert ?Bob? Love and the late Joseph Windfelder and mother of the late Robert Love, she is survived by a daughter and son-in-law, Carol & Larry Nixon of Surf City, NJ; a daughter-in-law, Manuella Love of Boynton Beach, FL; six grandchildren, Karen MacFarland of Wrightstown and Larry R. Nixon, Jeffrey Nixon, Robert Love, Christine Love and Kenneth Love all of San Francisco, CA and two great grandchildren, Ashley and Andrew MacFarland. Funeral services will be held on Monday, June 16 at 6:00 PM at the Tilghman Funeral Home, 52 Main Street in New Egypt (www.tilghmanfh.com). Calling hours will be Monday afternoon from 3:00 to 6:00 PM at the funeral home. Interment will be private
