Fred was the 1st person I met in 1974 when we moved in next door to his family in Spartan Village. He was a good friend. We remained close for all these years even though I've been in Florida for 10 years now. I will miss him. I have lots of forever memories growing up with Fred and the rest of the people in Spartan Village. RIP my life long friend. Karen
