Robert R. Lewis of Southampton passed away on Thursday, February 23, 2012 at Vitua Memorial Hospital in Mount Holly. He was born in Lakewood and was a longtime Pemberton Twp. resident before moving to Southampton 8 Years ago. Robert is predeceased by his father, Joseph R. Lewis. He is survived by his mother, Sarah M. Lewis; four children, Bobby Jo Ann Lewis, Patricia Ann Lewis, Robert Roy Lewis and Adam Paul Lewis- Salter; 2 brothers, a sister, a sister-in-law and girlfriend, Joseph E. and Charlotte Lewis, Linda A. Lewis, Patrick S. Lewis and Cathy Engenlauaf; his companion, Lesa Salter; several nieces and nephews. A Memorial service will be held Thursday, March 1, at 11 a.m at the Tilghman Funeral Home, 52 Main Street, New Egypt, N.J. 08533. Burial will follow in the Zion Cemetery, Lakewood Road, New Egypt. A visitation will be Thursday at the funeral home from 10am until the time of service.
