Dorothy E. Duchat, age 86, of Yardley, PA died Sunday, June 22 at her residence. Born in New Egypt, she was a resident of Yardley since 1959. Daughter of the late Frank P. & Gussie (Buckalew) Emery and mother of the late John Donnelly, she is survived by her husband, John Duchat of Yardley; a daughter and son-in-law, Joyce & William Costic of Fairless Hills, PA; three sisters, Margaret Hurley of New Egypt, Thelma Raymer of Dewitt, PA and Lorraine Hanley of Somersville, SC, two grandchildren, Kristie Dean of Levittown, PA and Jackie Donnelly of North Carolina and several nieces & nephews. Funeral services will be on Saturday, June 28 at 11:00 AM at the Tilghman Funeral Home, 52 Main Street in New Egypt. Interment will follow in Zion Cemetery in New Egypt. Calling hours will be on Saturday morning from 9:00 to 11:00 AM at the funeral home. Memorial contributions in Dorothy?s name may be made to Chandler Hall Hospice, 99 Barclay Street, Newtown, PA 18940-1593.
