Rose N. Mildner, age 86, of Freehold died Wednesday, June 16 at CentraState Medical Center in Freehold. Born in Catania, Sicily, she was a longtime resident of Old Bridge before moving to the The Manor in Freehold a year ago. Rose was predeceased by her parents, Anthony and Grace Vecchio, a brother, Salvatore Vecchio and a daughter, Debra G. Dooley. She is survived by a daughter, Maureen R. Miksis of New Egypt; a son and daughter-in-law, Edward A. and Eleanor Mildner of Edison; a sister, Mary Bump of California; five grandchildren and six great grandchildren. Funeral services for Rose will be held on Monday, June 21 at 11:00 AM at the Tilghman Funeral Home, 52 Main Street in New Egypt (www.tilghmanfh.com), with burial to follow in Forrest Green Park Cemetery in Morganville. Calling hours will be on Sunday, June 20 from 3:00 to 5:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 PM at the funeral home.
