Virginia L. Martin, age 93, of Toms River died Thursday, June 24 at Community Medical Center in Toms River. Born in Trenton, she was a longtime resident of New Egypt before moving to Toms River 8 years ago. Virginia was a member of the Bible Baptist Church in New Egypt. Wife of the late Bernard Martin, Virginia is survived by a friend, Jay Lanz of Johnson City, NY and by other friends in New Egypt. Funeral services for Virginia will be held on Tuesday, June 29 at 10:00 AM at the Tilghman Funeral Home, 52 Main Street in New Egypt (www.tilghmanfh.com), with burial in Frenchtown Cemetery in Frenchtown, NJ. Calling hours will be on Tuesday morning from 9:00 to 10:00 AM at the funeral home.
