Thomas D. Wisk, age 62, of Browns Mills died Thursday, June 24 at his daughter?s residence in Browns Mills. Born in Elizabeth, he was a resident of Browns Mills for the past 35 years. Tom was employed for the past 18 years as an electrician for the Pemberton Campus of Burlington County College. Tom was the 2nd youngest of 13 children of Mary Christina and Frank Wisk. Tommy was preceded in death by his wife, Shelley Wisk, 3 brothers, Anthony Wisk of Elizabeth, Joe Wisk of Dunellen and George Wisk of Parlin and a sister, Olean Smith of Hermitage, PA. He is survived by a son, Tim Wisk and a daughter, Nicole Wisk both of Browns Mills; four brothers, Robert of Lindenwold, Charles of Rahway, Michael of Hampstead, MD and William of Hopelawn; four sisters, Ruth Weaver of Cresson, PA, Stella Ruffley of Galaliztin, PA, Clare Lachiewicz of South Amboy and Irene Godron of South Amboy and five grandchildren, Carlee Wisk-Jensen, Andre Jones, Andrew Wisk, Brad Meisner and Mackenzie Meisner. Funeral services for Tom will be held on Saturday, July 17 at 1:00 PM at the Tilghman Funeral Home, 52 Main Street in New Egypt (www.tilghmanfh.com). Calling hours will also be on Saturday from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the funeral home.
