John S. Parent, age 69, of Willingboro died Sunday, May 6 at Samaritan Hospice in Mount Holly. Born in Burlington, he was a resident there until moving to Willingboro 10 years ago. John was a Veteran of the Navy, serving in Vietnam from 1961-1965. He was a contractor in Norfolk, VA and most recently worked is sales at Comcast. John was predeceased by his parents, Earl & Mary Parent. He is survived by two daughters, Linda Hughs and LuAnn Feinberg both of Florida; two sisters, Sue Eastburn and husband Jess of Mt. Laurel and Anna Freeman and husband George of Burlington and several nieces, nephews and cousins. Funeral services and interment will be private at the convenience of the family under the direction of the Tilghman Funeral Home, 52 Main Street, New Egypt, NJ 08533. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in John’s memory made be made to the family in care of the funeral home.
