Obituary of James C. Ribavaro

James C. Ribavaro, age 37, of Cookstown died suddenly Friday, November 2 in Plumsted Township. Born in Trenton, he was a lifetime New Egypt/Cookstown area resident.
Jimmy worked as a landscaper for Dittmer’s Landscaping in Jobstown. He loved to fish and be in the outdoors, but most of all he loved to spend time with his daughter.
Jimmy is survived by his wife, Molly Ribavaro; his daughter, Karolyn Ribavaro at home; his parents, Charles J. and Georgia Ribavaro of New Egypt; five sisters and a brother, Georgia Ribavaro-Fulmer of New Egypt, Linda Varra of Ewing, Bonnie Fales of Trenton, Charles Ribavaro of Pennsylvania, Donna Foggia of Columbus and Ruth Kueny of Berlin; his in-laws, Patrick and Kelly Malloy of Cookstown; three brothers-in-law, Sean P. Malloy, Kevin M. Malloy and Thomas R. Malloy all of Cookstown and many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
A memorial service for Jimmy will be held on Friday, November 9 at 7:00 PM at the Tilghman Funeral Home, 52 Main Street in New Egypt (www.tilghmanfh.com), with calling hours on Friday evening from 5:00 to 7:00 PM at the funeral home. Interment will be private.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Jimmy’s name may be made a fund to benefit his daughter, Karolyn, in care of Molly Ribavaro.
